At Bittel Chiropractic & Wellness Center, we've found that many people like to complete their new patient intake forms in the comfort of their own homes. You may download them in advance, or you are welcome to complete them once you come to our office.

What You Can Expect on Your First Visit to Our Clinic

On your first visit to Bittel Chiropractic & Wellness Center, you can expect a few things to happen. You will complete your new patient paperwork and have a consultation with the doctor. Together you will determine if chiropractic is right for you. 

There will be a physical exam and x-rays taken if deemed necessary. Dr. Bittel will take all of this information into consideration when determining your diagnosis and course of treatment.
